the severe weather around here has been 80+ degrees and INSANE WIND. i could do without the wind, so....YES, on that count. however, the 80 degree temps are nice (and i wish i could keep them all summer....not looking forward to the 120+ days starting next month :/ ), so...no on that count.

nope - ate a too-big, LATE lunch today, so skipping dinner. but i will have a giant bowl of ice cream while watching chuck before going to bed. :) dreyer's banana split rocks! (and will be back to limiting myself, calorie counting, working out on sunday, now that the boot is off & i can resume cardio once the flexibility of the ankle is back!)
