I keep on hearing this ad for a 10 hour mega artist show coming up near my home in July, so I figured why not make a thread to share info like this?

I don't remember the name of the show, but it's at Alexian Field in Schaumburg, IL on July 20 (I think!) Featured acts include MercyMe, Newsboys and DCB, as well as many others which I have forgotten.

isn't that like called Ignite festival? Hawk nelson will be there(I will see them a week after that anyways...haha).

is it just for this festival or other festivals too?

I heard about a free festival in Portland, OR in August. It's part of a Luis Palau Crusade, called Portland Cityfest. Artists playing include TobyMac, Chris Tomlin, Kutless, Mercy Me, and Kutless.

I'm thinking of volunteering.

There's a festival here in TX called Rock the Desert and last year they had Chris Tomlin, BarlowGirl, Hawk Nelson, Shawn McDonald, Todd Agnew, Kutless, and more....

We were supposed to go, but my friend's grandmother passed away the night before so we understandably had to cancel our trip.

But I still wanna see Chris Tomlin in concert!!! Love his music!!

I can't believe the number of bands I'm gonna be able to cross off my "wanna see" list after next weekend!!! :) WOOHOO!!! And if the Creationfest tour comes to TX, that'll be even more!! :)

Hmm. Turns out BB King's playing at the Maryhill Winery this summer. I'll have to get me a ticket -- I had to work during his last one.

There is one in Oshkosh, WI for the last 10 year(10th anniversary this year...yay...free parking...haha), called Lifest(Life-fest). I have gone kinda normal for 8 and volunteered last year and am this year. It is July 9-13th this year. check out www.lifest.com to find out who is going to be there.

sonshine in willmar minnesota it's like july 18th or something it's gonna be reallly amazing it's 4 days long and has a really awesome line up i'm really excited.

and tomorrow i'm seeing the almost/emery : )

There is a festival Sept 20th in San Angelo, TX called Unite & Conquer. This year it features: Kutless, Superchic[k], Stellar Kart and others. :D
