"Nothing" what does it sound like?

Hey fans, I need your help!

I recently heard "Nothing" of the album, "Stay". The chorus is great! It sounds just like another song I think by a secular artist but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. Any ideas? Both Jeremy's voice and the quick "There's nothing I can do" lyrics and the rhythm from the guitar and drums are very similar.

Any help would be appreciated, it's driving me nuts!

Chris has the right song, Nothing from the Stay album.

Although I can't seem to think of what it may resemble from the secular market. I am usually really good at picking up on similarities in songs too. hmmm,
