First Unofficial Pseudo CAMPout

Ok, you've all heard of a CAMPout, right? And you've heard of the CAMPouts where someone who couldn't be there was held up in a picture so they could be there is "spirit". Well. We have a flip.

Today Chris (Madclipper), Jennifer and their 3 children met us, Dan, Ben and I down in Rockford, IL. This was the first time we've ever met each other in person. They traveled from Chicago, and we came from WI. We had us a CAMPout. The only problem was someone was missing. Jeremy. But we made it work. Here are the pictures!

What a great time we had. None of us can recall which songs were sung. I think there was a problem with the sound.

Um. Yeah.

Jennifer and Dan were great sports, since they are not boardies. They played along with us and made it fun for all!

Chris, Jennifer, D, A and T. You were awesome to meet. We enjoyed our time with you and hope to see you againg REAL soon.

LOL. Thanks. I know it was goofy, but it was so much fun! We met around 3 and didn't "break CAMP" until around 7 or 7:30. We had a great time getting to know each other, talked about home schooling, and many other things. Of course, we had to throw in a little of the IL/WI "issue" as well as "Packers/...what was the name of that other team...?" stuff as well. Sorry Chris, I honestly don't remember the name of the team down there. It's not the Vikings. Um. BEARS! That's it. We had a little of that kind of fun, too. :) All in good humor. (I really couldn't think of the Bears, but I knew it would come to me.)

Good point hehe....hey maybe if we both concentrate REALLY hard at the same time, we can teleport me to Green Bay for the opening game so I can see Brett's jersey retirement ceremony!!!! It's KILLING me that I'm gonna miss it!!!! :(
