My grandma is taking me shopping for a study Bible tomorrow so I was just wondering if you ladies had any recommendations :)

Have you figured out what you want to get yet?
I don't know if these are considered Study Bibles, but I use a Thompson Chain King James w/concordance and the Nelson King James w/concordance.

Nope no clue...I'll probably just go there and see what they have and hopefully something pops out at me.

What Bible version do you have now? I would check out the Thompson one. I've also looked at the NIV Life Application Study Bible (and you can get the Life Application in different versions). I already have a KJV Study Bible I got a long time ago in College..but i hardly look at it now. I just use my NIV bible, a Matthew henry commentary and research online.

I LOOOOVE my new Bible :) It's the NIV New Women's Devotional Bible. Every book has a full summary, as well as quick facts about the book in the margins, verses to remember, related readings, reflection questions, and devotionals for each weekday of the year and one for each weekend.
Plus it's GORGEOUS :p...gotta love that! I am a total beach girl (our family has gone twice a year for 23 years) and just LOVE these colors...it was just screaming "KELLY" on the shelf! Hehe
Here's a picture of it:

It sounds great. I'm glad you found one you like. And you're right, it looks nice, too!
