So on thursday i head up north to camp. God has got some big things to do in the kids this year.
We have the awesome yet daunting task of running a christian holiday camp that primarily gets private school/ wealthy/ really intelligent seniors, who are in their last years of highschool (everything from 4 years to go to going off to college/uni).
We have the chance to set an example and show the future powers/movers & shakers of our country the love of Jesus through a week of crazsy activities and teaching.
Av4 is always connected with God heavy style, probably one of only 2 or three camps in this country that are holy spirit driven and God does some heavy duty changing in not just the kids lives, but us as the team.
So prayer for us and the kids would be much appreciated, the main things being
Safety in all activities (we had a double leg break on day one last year)
A unity in the 25 strong team that our goal would be focussed and united through Christ.
For barriers to be broken down in each of these kids lives
And for constant refreshing so that when we get tired (by monday night we'l be on the verge of collpase and there will still be 5 days to go) we wont lose sight of God and that we would not lose patience or get irrited
Muchos gracias mon amigos!
