Please pray for a friend from high school's younger sister. I've known Jaime, my friend, since probably junior high so I feel like I've known her sister for that long, even though I didn't see her as much as Jaime. Anyway, Jaime's sister is about 18 years old or so and is married and has a baby. She left high school and went to get her GED when she was about 16 or so and was doing well, but then got married last summer and had the baby not long after. They seemed to be doing pretty good for a while, but lately, she hasn't been doing too well. She and the baby have been staying with her parents while her husband and his mom are in California wanting her (Jaime's sister and the baby) to come to CA and stay with them, but she wants to stay here with her family. Jaime's in school in Mississippi, so I don't know how much she sees her sister seeing as I haven't talked to her in several weeks. I've tried to talk to her on myspace but she hasn't commented since about a month-ish ago. Jaime's brother-in-law doesn't seem like he's really "all together" if you know what I mean but I shouldn't really say much since I don't know a lot about this situation. Jaime's mom is a teacher and my grandma works at the same school, so I'll get updates every once in a while on how Jaime is and whatnot. The mom hasn't been at school and it's been about 2 or 3 weeks since school started. From what I've heard, she's staying home with Jaime's sister and the baby, and let me tell you, she is crazy about that baby, he's so cute! but it sounds like that she (the sister) can't really take care of herself, much less the baby. This situation makes me sad. I just want to give Jaime and her sister a hug because I know this is a tough time for them. Oh and one more thing. My mom works at a dentist office and not too long ago, Jaime's dad was scheduled to come in and get his teeth cleaned. Mom told me that after a while he didn't show up, so they called him and he told them that he couldn't come in, that he had to deal with some issues at home. Please pray for them. :(
