My promise to god.

hey guys

i had decided to make a promised to god and this is my promise. my promise is to stay pure until marriage. soo starring Next week i will be wearing purity rings.

I am sooo excited but also happy because im promising myself to god and also telling god that you know what im not going to do Sex until marriage.

i know i am a teenager and i love god with all my heart but i don't need relationship that has to do with sex and i need a nice, real, and clean relationship. sooo im waiting until god give a marriage. i have a lonnng time to gooo! meanwhile i will be having fun and act like a teenager that all i am going to do.

That is so beautiful, Leyanet!!! It put tears in my eyes. You are so blessed to know Jesus at your age. (I wasn't saved until I was 27 years old, and that gave me way too much time to make way too many mistakes. Thank God for a clean slate.) Anyway, I'm so very proud of you. Bless you Leyanet for sharing that! I, too, wear a purity ring. Just something God laid on my heart one night. I was praying over a relationship that had gone a little too far, and I just started sobbing and I felt horrible! I didn't think God would forgive me. Next thing I know, I was taking my cross ring off my right hand and putting it on my left ring finger...but it was as if God was doing it, not me....like it was His way of answering my cries and letting me know I was forgiven. Praise God!
