Yeah, there are, but that's separate from the boards. They migrated the street team over to the Movement (http://www.teamcampers.com), but now that is changing as well. I got an email not long ago that they're moving the street team to a MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/teamcampers) account.

It's gone through a lot of changes, obviously. :)

Yep....we're just in a kinda transition period right now....it's really hard because there is a LOT of work to be done right now with summer festivals and the new album coming out in the fall....we need to just keep making up our own projects until they get things settled down and give us official projects :p

Nearest venue near me that could host J would be the Maryhill Winery -- about 30 miles away.

It's hosted BB King (sweeeet concert), Bob Dylan, Amy Grant, Willy Nelson, and a few other bigger names in music.

I just haven't done much other research. *shrugs*

Plus, this weekend I'm helping to run a "worship retreat" (basically, the youth worship team spending a day and a half working on technical details and learning new stuff), and NEXT weekend I (along with two other youth leaders) am heading to a training seminar in the Portland area. That costs money (registration + motel + food + gas).

lol, m&g is fine with me, as long as hubby doesn't mind waiting in the lobby (or whatever kind of place there is for him to wait! :S). actually, i think we're going to leave the boys with someone (with visual AND audio so intense - based on the free concert where i met most of you! lol - i don't think noah would be able to handle that much sensory input....and i would be TOOOOOOOTALLY bummed if we had to leave early!) and have some friends of ours go with us in march, so....at least that way cameron would have someone to hang out with while i'm hanging out with campers. i was in walmart the other day and i went straight to the christian cds and i didnt notice Jeremy's new cd so i started looking and lo and behold i found way in the back behide Steven Curtis Chapman and so i did this ...i took one cd out and put it in the front of someone elses and i said what the heck i took all of them out and placed them in in another spot in front of the other cd.... i thought there that will teach them not to put Jeremy in the back of everyone else...lol so i guess i am a team camper when Jeremy isnt noticed at a indiana retail store and i make him be noticed or acknowledge him on some way..i work with disabled adults and 3 or 4 them now like Jeremy Camp cause i play his music in my car when go something in the community or when i can take them to church with me.(camp's church)

Yep. Todd sent me a copy quite a while ago, which was AWESOME as I was not expecting it. Some of my students have heard it/like it, and I figured out the basic chord progression for one song (Cover Me) this past week.

Rhonda, that is hilarious! I did the same thing!!! I resented the fact that J's big poster picture wasn't facing everyone, too, so that got turned around also. Plus one of the girls at the store was bumming that she didn't have enough money for SLTB, so I bought her one and sent someone else over to her with it. I couldn't bear it to know someone wanted it so badly and didn't have ten bucks to get it. What fun!

:D I remember reading that... and then I went to an electronic store (which has multitudes of CD's) but... I only saw one of Jeremy's SLTB CD's, so... yeah didn't get to do that. (The whole Christian music rack there really wreaks... only about 2 little shelves of CD's that they label "religious"... (I hate that term myself) and most of the shelves were less than half filled; mainly with music that isn't current, and CD's that have the same exact songs on them... No real musical creativity. Plus, they probably have about 12 shelves of "Adult" CD's alone) But anyway, I went to another rack, and accidently stumbled across a couple Skillet CD's in the rock section, so hehehe yeah I stacked them in front of some nasty covers that were right next to them. And I don't even have a Skillet CD... :D

I had class in Hood River that day, so I went to Wal-Mart to get it. It wasn't on the shelf yet. So I drove home to The Dalles (20 miles away) and stopped by K-Mart. They didn't have it, either. So I asked the guy working (and opening boxes) if it'd come in yet. He looks through his box and sells me THE first copy sold in The Dalles.

So you know you're die-hard when you buy an in-store copy before it's on the shelf.

i changed my profile settings on myspace so everyone can see the pictures sorry i forgot i had the privacy setting on there i did that cause my sister and brother were stealing pictures from me.....and i did it again today!!! wow im so CRAZY i checked the cds in walmart in Lafayette where i live and couldnt find Jeremy's cd's and i was haivng a panic attack!!! i wanted to go yell at the manager!!...lol but i was looking in the wrong section ...and found 2 Speaking Louder Than Before cds and i left that area before i embarrassed myself ...i think i may have to go to a Jeremy Camp counseling sessions...hi im Rhonda and im a crazy Jeremy Camp fan....then i was listening to the cd today and i was listening to my fortress and i kept repeating it i couldnt stop i love that song! ok im so done im going to bed:D im wore out!!

i DID go through a weird lizard stage though...i had like 4 iguanas (not all at once...had one & the cat got him, got 2....they were mean, so i traded them for a wee one - her head was smaller than the tip of my thumb - sold her when i found out i was pregnant with noah (at over 3 feet long!) because of the salmonella risk & all...)....not exactly sure what that one was all about, but....at least i know i'll be able to handle it when the boys start bringing lizards home in their pockets! lol

as for the beard.....how incredibly bizarre is THIS!! i can actually understand why some men KEEP the facial hair! :eek: (laura, don't go giving me a shave anytime soon, k? hehe)

I'm not sure on the dbz thing either, but In 24 is a HILARIOUS DVD that Jeremy made, oh....what was it, like 5 years ago?!

It's basically a day-in-the-life kinda thing. Takes you from him waking up on the bus to setting up for a show, to performing the show, and everything in between. It also has HILARIOUS extras...especially the croquet (hope I spelled that right). And it also has Jeremy telling his story (with LOTS of childhood pics! ;)). And it has footage of Jeremy and Lee racing on the street....AND as if all that wasn't enough it also has the music videos for Walk By Faith and Understand :D

I second that! May be the ultimate YMBATCI right there! I love reading people's reviews of the shows & they basically list the setlist, then go on for paragraph after paragraph of their M&G experience! :p

ymbatci you will drive through the night for several hours to see J after a full and busy day, then sit on a sidewalk for 11 - 12 hours to be first in line, then drive back home after the concert through another night, and go to bed later that night...hence way over 48 hours without sleep...scary.

I know the exhausted feeling, but WOW!
We stayed up most of the night before last friday when R&WRS was in Dallas making Lilly's shirt. (coincidentally, did anyone there see Mike come out and pick one? We never did) Then, up at 5 to finish things. Take Lilly to school, finish finishing things, pick her up at 11:30. Leave for Dallas....get there at the AAC at 3. Wait in the hot until 6. Doors open....fly in to find seats on the floor (yeah baby!) Sing and shout for like 31/2 hours! :) LEAVE. Stop and eat a very late dinner. Arrive home at 2:30ish. Asleep by 3:30. Up at 7:40 the next morning to go to brownwood for HPUFest. Watch Phil Wickham and Shawn McDonald---singing under the stars with them! LEAVE. Arrive back home around 1:30am ish...... Up for church the next morning.....with two children!
It's tuesday, and I'm still sleepy by like 5 in the evening. (Until my second wind kicks in!)
This was one of those weekends that we just couldn't choose--so we did it all! AMAZING! Think I'm finally soaking things in completely from Dallas:)

I know the exhausted feeling, but WOW!
We stayed up most of the night before last friday when R&WRS was in Dallas making Lilly's shirt. (coincidentally, did anyone there see Mike come out and pick one? We never did) Then, up at 5 to finish things. Take Lilly to school, finish finishing things, pick her up at 11:30. Leave for Dallas....get there at the AAC at 3. Wait in the hot until 6. Doors open....fly in to find seats on the floor (yeah baby!) Sing and shout for like 31/2 hours! :) LEAVE. Stop and eat a very late dinner. Arrive home at 2:30ish. Asleep by 3:30. Up at 7:40 the next morning to go to brownwood for HPUFest. Watch Phil Wickham and Shawn McDonald---singing under the stars with them! LEAVE. Arrive back home around 1:30am ish...... Up for church the next morning.....with two children!
It's tuesday, and I'm still sleepy by like 5 in the evening. (Until my second wind kicks in!)
This was one of those weekends that we just couldn't choose--so we did it all! AMAZING! Think I'm finally soaking things in completely from Dallas:)

LOL! I'm tired just READING what you guys did. I can't imagine DOING it! Wow.

I just keep picturing Connie and I heading home driving from IL to WI, windows down in the truck, Jeremy CDs on~ turned up LOUDLY and Connie poking me with a stick to keep me awake! :eek: And I just can't wait!!!

sarah, i packed the paper i wrote my fan club password on.....do you happen to know if they've updated the m&g dates, and, if so, if they put one on there for swc? i think i need to unpack that particular piece of paper...and i need to call the swc people - still haven't gotten cameron's volunteer card yet, but she told me we were approved, so....yeah...since it's required to get IN, i want to make sure we get it here on time! (pray that i remember to NOT pack it! lol...not gonna make much progress if i'm unpacking a box just as i get it packed! :o lol)

speaking of the fan club - will they notify us when we are coming on the end of our year membership? i totally want to renew when the year is done, but..i can't remember for the LIFE of me when i joined.... :S

Hehe well with J there, you KNOW it will be! ;) Of course I'm also REALLLLLLY looking forward to Sanctus Real & The Afters! I've seen Sanctus Real once & loved their show. Saw a TINY bit of The Afters on the R&WRS stream one night. So excited to see them! And they're still going to announce TWO more "big names" next week! :eek: :D

With the travel to the concert plus the travel to get the tickets, that will put me at a total of 16 hours travelling time for this concert, putting that 14 hour roundtrip to Snyder last summer to see him to shame! :p

Well Laura, it looks like you still reign supreme :p My friend told me today that his car's acting up so he doesn't want to make two trips to Dallas unless we absolutely have to. I contacted the radio station to see if there was some other way to get tickets. A friend of mine told me she KNOWS they'll have them available up until the concert online. I hope she's right!

Nope. Not yet. But it's still early...i'm sure they will have some more Summer dates up soon. After all, they still have a few RAWRS dates up for grabs...and the tour ended almost a month ago :confused:

And Yes I did this for Lifest on 7/12: woke up @ 6am on 7/11, slept less than 2 hrs, got up for Lifest @ midnight, took 2 naps on the round trip and went to bed after 11:30 pm (when we got home) to get up at 6:15 am and work 8 hours.

It was sooo worth it to see J's expression when I gave him the photo of the painting.

Cori, the painting's been up since the 13th @ CAMP. We did not get a picture of his expression (wrong person w/ the camera) but he had his classic happy, surprised, that's awesome face (full description @ CAMP).


And... ymbatci you are willing to road trip (over 600 miles round trip in a single day) to give a photograph of a painting (or any other artwork) based on song by J to J and try to get his expression so that CAMPers don't have to wait over a month to see the painting online.

jennifer, i'll have to MAKE time to go by the boards tomorrow so i can see the photo of the painting. :) it has been SO crazy busy this last few weeks, i haven't even had a chance to read the reviews of Lifest!! (please no tomatoes!! it's not for lack of INTEREST or desire, but utter exhaustion....)

we have decided to hold off on listing the house until AFTER swc, so...that means we can relax a little bit. which means, i can take some time (possibly! i still really need to make the MOST of what's left of summer for the boys, too - that's more important than ANYTHING online, by far, so...depending on that stuff goes, i can take some time...lol) to go read reviews, look at pics, etc...

cant wait to see the finished painting, though! yay!
