ok....i'm not sure WHICH one i ordered.....i WANTED the signed one with all the extras....

i got: the one that came in the box....has the bracelet, cd, devotional dvd, sticker, 3 post-card like pictures, the cd booklet (lyrics) & the journal entries booklet...no signature anywhere....

not that it matters, i'm content with this one (i'm not one for autographs....), but...it seems like the signed one had something else with it, too (which was more what i was interested in....)?? just curious...

i got the instant gratification download (AND the email with the link.....), but....nothing signed & no note from jc....no clue what the lenticular cover image is! lol anyway....i've got the music & the devotional dvd, and THOSE are the things i really wanted, so.....i'm good. :D

There were a limited number of the signed CDs. I think it was 1000. Everything came in a nice sturdy box. When you open it up, the first thing on top is a white bracelet that says "SPEAK UP. SPEAK NOW. SPEAK LOUD." There is a green and white sticker that says "JC" on it. Three pictures of Jeremy. There are two inserts, which we can use if we put our CD and DVD in a jewel case. One is signed, the other isn't. There is an extra picture or two in the unsigned one. Then there is a little booklet of journal entries, which I found fascinating. I've looked that that more than any of the other things in there. Then the CD and the DVD are in sturdy cardboard slipcovers. I am really happy with the whole presentation of it.

As far as the personal note from Jeremy...are you getting that confused with the fan club? Camp Crew? We will be getting a package for that which will include a personal note from Jeremy. Here is what you get with that:

That's so funny! Because my Christian bookstore has a ton of SLTB special edition albums...but they have NO Restored or Beyond Measure special editions. You won't believe that hard time I am having finding them...

That is funny! I think it's easier to find the CD's on the internet - but I don't really do the internet shopping thing as of yet. So far, I've only gotton 1. It kind of bugs me when I buy CD's and I know there's a special edition of them or a special edition eventually comes out later in the year.

i've got all of that except the extra (signed) lyric booklet. i probably placed my order after the signed cd's were sold out, which is fine, because it was the rest of the goodies that i wanted (although i can't wear the bracelet - it falls off over my OPEN hand!!! :O lol)! :D

“Speaking Louder Than Before”

Wow, yes, “Joy Unspeakable!” The lyrics are pure salt and light from the word of God. A great healing combination of the heart for those needing more, and wanting to give more to our Jesus and most importantly for those that don’t know Jesus is a sure cure to lead you to fill that emptiness in your life. This healing elixir speaks boldly in this battle cry out reach. The key to our journey rests in the hands of Jesus. (Matthew 5:13-14)

After seeing the devotional videos- now sometimes when I listen to one of the songs I get this mental picture of the video of whatever song I’m listening to at that moment.

Slow Down Time
It reminds me of how God created us in His image. Taking a blank canvas and begins to apply color to our life- some colors maybe a dark shade of gray and others maybe a bright radiant red. The paint that is applied to the canvas applies to our lives. It could be a wide stroke of the brush or narrow stroke- symbolizing the length of that journey of suffering, our endurance, our growth, and the peace in the end that prevails. It’s easy to see our life in a balance of what’s next and we just need to slow down time…stop and rest at His feet. Amazing song! (Joshua 7:6)

Capture Me
Reminds me of a painting I recently admired at the SC State fair. Its beauty “Captured Me!” I kept finding myself back staring at it. I wondered if the artist really knew and appreciated what they captured. The painting was a landscape type with so much depth it looked so inviting. It looked almost like you could walk right into it. The artist captured an image of the breath of God’s beauty- the light of day and the dark of night meeting together. The colors were warm, but yet had a cool feel to the eye (if that makes any sense). The beauty that God has graced us with surrounds us, and should be embraced even more than it is. This song definitely captures it! (Genesis 1 & Psalm 8)

Speaking Louder Than Before
I feel this intense yearning to reach out to the lost. To go beyond our comfort zone laying aside our vulnerabilities and trust in Jesus to see us through. This song is an unwavering anthem of faith that we can completely rest in. If we continue to faithfully serve Him and listen to His every call on our life and follow through for His words to be heard. We have to set things in motion by taking action in Christ’s love. It’s often the little things that will make the true difference in the end and it’s all those little things that can fill in that gap. Allow Christ’s love to shine through and be a true reflection of Him. (Acts 20:24 & 1 Corinthians 9:21-23)

There Will Be a Day
I love this song!!! This plays on my heart with a strong sense of hope in the promise He has made known to us. Focusing on “there” and not here and trusting in that day we will be free from all the pain and suffering. Such a comforting song! Rev 21:4

I Know Who I Am
Stay weak in His strength! We can’t be separated from God and succeed at anything. Our weaknesses are made to perfect in His strength. He uses our weaknesses for His glory. He makes us stronger in Him! He allows us to see things in a different light – growing us just as some plants if they aren’t exposed to just the right amount of light they will die. (Psalm 136:23, Isaiah 40:28-31, 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 & Romans 8:26)

I’m Alive
A true testimony of God’s grace and mercy! No matter how many times we turn away from God. He’s always waiting to embrace us- renewing us and setting our feet firmly upon the Rock (Ps40). An affirmation of faith showing and reflecting His love in our actions (again-Speaking Louder Than Before), and being a witness and sharing a strong testimony of faith. Let your life produce fruit and allow that fruit to be available to others so they can be exposed to the life Christ has to offer us so they can be alive in Christ too!
This reminds me of “Take You Back” a lot too. This is my daughter’s favorite song- we listen to it every morning on the way to school. (Psalm 126:5&6 and Isaiah 43:25)

You Are There
This reminds me of just intimate times with God when you wake and before you go to bed meditating on the last words He has placed on your heart and then to awake with those thoughts He placed on your heart. A special place that only you both can meet together and each time He opens your eyes to even something more deeper than before.
That secret place He holds in our hearts and continues to reside there. (Beside Psalm 119, these verses come to mind –Psalm 1:2, 5:3, 63:6-8, 81:7, and 91:1-2)

Healing Hand of God
This song is probably my over all favorite on this album. It really hits a personal note in my heart because of a true God experience. I actually shared it on the old boards. I have seen the Healing Hand(s) of God! It’s amazing how He works in our lives. His love is so transparent to us and yet we can still be so blind to it. So many hurting hearts that has been mended and new life given by our God. This kind of reminds me of the starfish story. So many starfish waiting for someone to reach down pick them up and throw them back into the life giving water. So many hurts and God’s hand can reach all of them if we allow Him to make that transformation in our lives. Isn’t He amazing?!!! (Psalm 17:7-9)

So In Love
This is a favorite too! Even though we consistently fail Him and fall short He is never slowing upon loving us. So how can we not be so in love with Him? He is the ONE that provides for all our needs and comforts. I think it is something we all should say first thing when we wake, through out our day, and before we lay our heads down at night(and even in our dreams)-“I’m so in love with you, Jesus!” It goes back to “You Are There”- He should be the first thing on our minds and hearts when we wake and the last thing at night. This meets along the lines with several songs on this album. Our love
fails and falls short, but His is endless. The joy and love we receive from loving Him is never ceasing! That’s why we should forever love Him more! (Mark 12:30)

My Fortress
Sometimes finding rest in God can be a battle. I do find God washing challenges over my life so much that I can feel the waves of struggle rushing over and over tearing at my heart, but the comfort He brings out weighs all uncertainty. He helps us contain and focus on the important things in life. Without Him we would never be able to see the light of hope that He burns in our lives. He is our refuge, our fortress! Thank You, Jesus! Let’s find rest in His will! This song brings me comfort. (Psalm7:1 & Hebrews 4:16)

Giving You All Control
When I listen to this song and read the lyrics I see- I’m trusting Your will for me and I’m “giving You all control.” Finding rest in the peace of God’s will and believing in His promises he has planted. Powerful song! (that “unwavering faith” again)
(Psalm 139:23-24)

Surrender
I love this one! It is up there with “Healing Hand of God.” This is such a beautiful song and their vocals just melt into each other’s love for the Lord. It reminds me of praying or singing the Psalms. A heartfelt serenade to God, and a prayerful outreach to God! “Forever unto You I will sing, I surrender” sooo BEAUTIFUL! (Psalm 141:1-2)

Jeremy always has such and even balance of spiritual food for the soul and He has again out done himself. A true reflection of Christ! It is awesome to see the work of God in His life and this truly is a testimony of his journey w/ our Savior. Thank you for all your faith brother! Stay weak in His strength!

The more I listen to this album, the more it affects my heart. The Lord truly has continued to pour His anointing upon Jeremy.

Speaking of pouring, it was so awesome in church this morning. I went in there kind of stressed out. We've been so extremely busy for so long, and I went into church knowing I had a lot to do, people to talk to in order to take care of different things, etc. So during worship, about the 3rd song or so, I caught myself realizing that I'd walked past people without giving them the slightest eye contact, the slightest attention. Just being busy on my way to accomplish what had to be done. Instant conviction hit me. I asked the Lord to forgive me for being so caught up in His work that I forgot His people. He spoke these words into my soul, "Calm down, enjoy my people, worship me." Simple but oh so powerful. Then I felt Him move upon me from my head down to my toes, and instantly peace and calmness poured into me, filled me. It was so awesome. Needless to say, I started to weep and worship Him in earnest, and was very blessed! He is so sweet, so faithful and I can totally say that He "captured me"! Praise Him!

So, I just have to tell you, Leigh, that you bless me incredibly with everything you write. You know so much in the Word of God and it's totally evident that He is moving in you...it's so beautiful to see, even over the computer!

Laura, you are the same way. I have been to the point of getting so caught up in serving Him, and then not be with Him. It's so beautiful to hear how He gently lead you to that place of surrender.

My prayer for both of you, as well as everyone else here, is that our amazing Abba will continue to direct your footsteps deep, deep within the river of His Love and Spirit. I love you guys so much.

For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. 2 Cor. 2:15

Thank you Miranda! That was perfect timing I needed to read that! Sometimes I feel like every part of me is trying to communicate the gospel and I feel like words are coming out, but no sound(not referring to here, but in life itself). It's even worse than being Charlie Brown's teacher at least a sound could be heard by her. :) Are my efforts as much as "dust in the wind" (i love that song so i couldn't help, but at a little muse for release)?!
It's like you're frozen in time trapped in an hour glass and you are trying to do all you can to get the last word said just the right way before the sands of time run out. So you just don't know how much that meant to me and how encouraged it makes me.
