Desperate Need of Prayers

On Thursday, December the 18th, my husband's job position was done away with. Praise God, he was given another position. It is for substantially less a year. We can't afford our house payments. I am at a loss. I need prayers and guidance. My husband and I havn't been out of our bibles, yet we are still feeling very lost. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much! What makes it harder is being a stay at home mom. Even if I were to go back ti work, over half my pay would go to child care. i really don't want my kids raised by strangers.

Have you ever considered doing daycare in your home? It's hard work, and not much money, but it helps with the finances and you're home with the kids.

I have thought about that. What makes it difficult is, there is no busing where we live. We have neighborhood schools to keep class sizes down. I take my kids to school and pick them up. That limits alot. I would have to take all the kids when it is time to "go" to school or come home. That would leave me room for maybe 2 kids.

Yeah, that would limit it. Still, it would be $250 to $300 a week if you have 2 full time children. (Depending on age and going rates in your area.) Is there a need for daycare in your area? If you decide to do it, let me know and I can help you get started. I've done daycare for 26 out of the past 34 years.

That would be awesome. Let me really talk about it with my husband. He will have to be on board too. Even if I could take care of one child that would help greatly. I usually don't blog on the weekends, family time. so I'll let you know on monday.
