House Hunting

My parents are looking @ getting a townhome for my sister and I to share. We are currently renting an apartment. Please pray that we can get the house. It'll be better than the situation we have going @ the apartment. The noise level will be so much lower.

Renting at school? buying?

Sounds wierd, but at James Madison University near my folks there were actually parents who bought apartments for a 4-year stint, then sold them when the kids graduated.

School's about 30 miles away. The townhouse is about 2 miles away from where I rent. The only part of my address that will change is the street everything else will be the same. The townhouse will be in my parents' names and is being bought.
